1. Declaration of Trust

The foundational document that declares the formation of the trust and outlines its core intent. This is the spiritual and lawful "birth certificate" of your trust.

Cost: $1,000

2. Trust Indenture Agreement

Defines the detailed terms of administration, trustee powers, beneficiary rights, asset control, and duration of the trust. Required for enforceability.

Cost: $1,200

3. Trust Registration Form

Official recordation of the trust with the Divine Trust Network. Allows assignment of trust ID, celestial record entry, and legal timestamping.

Cost: $250

4. Notice of Trust (Public Notice Form)

Issues public or private notice to all jurisdictions acknowledging the trust’s existence and authority. May be published in the record portal.

Cost: $150

5. Trustee Appointment & Affidavit

Legally binds your appointed trustee(s) to the duties and principles of your trust, including loyalty, fiduciary duty, and oath of performance.

Cost: $300

6. Schedule of Assets Form

Itemizes all assets to be held, governed, or protected under the trust. Includes real estate, vehicles, intellectual property, financial holdings, etc.

7. Beneficiary Declaration Form

Official form for listing your beneficiaries, their rights, terms of inheritance, and applicable contingencies.

8. Trust Amendment or Revocation Form

Used to change, update, or dissolve the terms or structure of an existing trust. Only valid if allowed under your Indenture.

9. Certificate of Trust Existence

A simplified summary that verifies the existence and status of the trust for banks, institutions, or legal notices. Optional.

10. Trust Resignation / Appointment Transfer Form

Allows resignation of a trustee and formal transfer of position or responsibilities to a new one. Optional use in case of health, travel, or death.
